There are two tabs: "All comments" and "Products with comments"
Tab "All comments" - This tab displays all comments in store. There is an opportunity to implement search by columns and also manage comments.
Tab "Products with comments" - This tab displays all products for which there is a comment. Also, there is the ability to search through the columns and there is an opportunity to go to the product page(in BackOffice) by clicking on the product name.

Features

  • Enable or Disable comments - if disable comments then the tab "Comments" on the product page disappears.
  • Enable or Disable moderate comments - if the moderation is turned on then the comments first go to moderation, but will only be visible to the author. And only after the moderation will be displayed on the site and visible to all visitors. If moderation is turned off then comments will be immediately displayed on the site.
  • Enable or Disable Captcha for comments - enable/disable Google ReCAPTCHA Invisible when sending a comment.
  • The number of comments per page - the number of comments that will be displayed on one page in the tab on the product page.
  • Who can add a comment? - the setting determines who has the ability to leave comments on the site.
  • Enable or Disable comments reply - enable/disable the ability to leave responses to comments. This function will be discussed in more detail below.
  • Notification moderator about new complaint comment - enabling/disabling the moderator notification of a new comment.
  • Select a moderator comment - select a comment moderator from a store employee's.
  • List of complaint templates - list of templates for complaints that users can leave to comment. When you add, the complaints templates are added to the left list and they are not active. After moving the complaint template to the right list, it becomes active and will be available for selection by users.
  • Enable or Disable display rating on search and product list page - enabling/disabling the display of the product rating on the search page and pages where there is a list of products.
  • Enable or Disable display rating on the product page - enabling/disabling the display of the product rating on the product page.
  • Google Invisible reCAPTCHA
  • Site key - Site key for Google Invisible reCAPTCHA API. To use Google Invisible reCAPTCHA, you need to sign up for an API key pair. Please refer the link: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/versions
  • Secret key - Secret key for Google Invisible reCAPTCHA API.

  • Comments
  • The comment functionality is the same as in the reviews except for one. In the comments, there is a button "Reply". The functionality of the comments is the same as in the reviews, except one. In committees, there is a button "Reply". When you click on it, a form for responding to the current comment appears. After that, this answer will go to moderation, if such a function is enabled or immediately displayed in the comment to which it refers. Nesting responses to comments are not. 

Installation

Customer Reviews and Comments with Rating is installed like any other module. Simply upload your archive to install it. After installation, the module is ready for use. Two tabs appear on the product page: "Reviews" and "Comments".
