Installation

Intercom Chat is installed like any other module. Simply upload your archive and click Install.

Recommendation

To activate the messenger, simply add its App ID on the module configuration page and click Save. To enable identity verification for logged-in users, you will also need a Secret key. You can get the App ID and Secret key of your messenger by logging into your Intercom account and going to Settings → Installation → Web. App ID is found in code snippets on this page (quoted alphanumeric string after the word "app_id"), please copy it without quotes. To get the Secret key, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on View setting and copy the value of the Identity verification Secret field.

You can customize which pages will show the messenger.
